I have worked to provide consistency, organization, and streamline processes to improve results while working at JC Penney for the past 30 years. I believe in effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure positive outcomes. As an expert in allocation, trend analysis, and inventory management, I am able to deliver the necessary tools needed to ensure accuracy and accountability for necessary deliverables. A few highlights from my career are: 1. Recognized for outstanding performance in sales, increasing profit 5.7% with $34M in increased revenue growth. Analyzed and improved the Children’s laptop business sell through from 60% to 89%. Collaborated with leadership to develop a factory ship scorecard for JC Penney resulting in reducing the time needed to resolve supplier and inventory issues. I excel in organizational and time-management techniques while able to keep up with an ever-changing environment. My experience allows me to develop plans through effective forecasting and planning and knowledge of industry marketing demands. I am able to effect change and maintain the integrity and standards of company policies and procedures.
