I\'ve spent the last 10 years building and scaling B2B businesses in some of India\'s most challenging and rewarding sectors agritech, e-commerce, and now solar.Currently heading PAN India Sales at Aerem Solutions, where we\'re making solar more accessible for businesses and installers across the country.Before this, at Husk Power Systems, I built a B2B marketplace from the ground up for rural FMCD retailers managing end-to-end P&L, GTM, and a multi-layered team. We scaled 400% YoY, which still feels surreal when I say it out loud.At Nurture.Farm, I led the West Zone Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan — building a 300+ Crore portfolio and a 200+ member sales team while serving agri-retailers. Starting from zero and watching something grow that fast teaches you more than any classroom.At Udaan, I got to launch the metal utensils category from scratch — it\'s now a 200 Crore business. Small decisions made early had a way of compounding into something much bigger.I\'m a PGDM from Jaipuria Institute of Management and did an Agri Business programme at XLRI — but honestly, most of what I know came from being in the field.I like building things, fixing broken processes, and working with teams that care.
