That experience trained me to see patterns most people overlook and to recognize when a business is ready for its next evolution.What I discovered early on is that business owners\' confusion about why they are hitting a ceiling comes from having information from their financial statements without it being translated into words that give direction on what needs to change and what happens if that doesn’t change.
