ABOUT DISHAWN HARVEY

With over six years of experience in project management, engineering support, and business management, I am a passionate and driven leader who delivers high-quality projects for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, I am a project manager at WuXi AppTec, where I oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects for global clients, such as Amgen, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. I leverage my skills in CAD/CADD, industrial technology, and mechanical engineering to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with the industry standards and regulations. I also communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, and manage the budget, timeline, and scope of the projects. In addition to my role at WuXi AppTec, I am also the founder and CEO of Dr. Massage Recovery, a startup that offers innovative and customized massage therapy solutions for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness seekers. I founded the company in 2017, and since then, I have grown it to a profitable and scalable venture, with multiple locations, partnerships, and loyal customers. I am responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and operations of the company, as well as the marketing, sales, and customer service. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of people through my work, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and efficiency.
