ABOUT DIPESH JOSHI

As an accomplished Senior Product Manager and Product Owner, I have led the delivery for large complex projects across Web, App and TV products in multiple sectors for leading global organisations. I am experienced leading major product development programmes working throughout design and implementation stages that have delivered significant improvements in product functionality and performance. Throughout my career, I have deployed my expertise in product strategy development alongside Agile and Scrum knowledge to deliver product roadmaps covering ecosystems, AI, data, and new products.Having worked across the media and telecommunications sectors, I have successfully implemented product roadmaps for online products including for TV and Sport channels, applications, and online. This has been underpinned by the effective use of AI and data as well as reviewing customer feedback and product performance. I adopt a pro-active approach to collaborating internally and externally where I have led cross functional teams covering UX design, UI designers, content developers to deliver projects and products targeted at driving improvements and supporting conversion rates. For example, I have exceeded conversion rate targets through continuous improvement based on data analysis and delivering projects. This has included working with partners and affiliates as well as content providers across platforms.I am experienced in project management and Lean Six Sigma where I deliver process improvements quickly and efficiently while also project managing the product strategy and roadmap. I utilise my strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, colleagues, suppliers and partners. I adopt a pro-active approach to developing the customer journey and work effectively across multiple departments and disciplines with a focus on the customer journey, improving conversion rates and delivering financial results. I have led and managed teams, set objectives and created a positive culture for training, coaching, and process improvement.
