Oversee Enstar’s UK portfolios ($5B AUM). • Responsible for establishing capital-optimized asset allocation, setting the investment policy, creating performance benchmarks, maintaining compliance with investment guidelines, researching new asset classes and investment opportunities, and reviewing external asset managers. • Present investment portfolio updates and investment recommendations to regional Boards of Directors as well as Enstar’s Global Investment Committee. • Conducted due diligence and obtained board approval for investments into: 1) middle market direct lending; 2) infrastructure equity; 3) tech-focused and Asia-focused private equity buyout funds; 4) opportunistic / dislocation credit funds; and 5) bank loans.
