Educational leader committed to advancing student well-being and learning through evidence-informed practice, relational leadership, and sustainable systems. Currently serving as Vice Principal of Student Wellness at St. George’s School (Vancouver), I oversee Athletics, Learning Support, Counselling, and Health Services, working to embed wellness as a core pillar of school culture rather than a peripheral initiative.My professional focus sits at the intersection of adolescent development, masculinity, and organizational change. As a Doctor of Education candidate in Educational Leadership, my research and practice center on translating theory into actionable, context-responsive strategies that improve outcomes for students and the adults who support them.I bring a systems-level perspective to leadership building structures, aligning resources, and empowering teams while remaining grounded in the relational work that drives meaningful change. I am particularly passionate about developing environments where young people can thrive academically, physically, and emotionally.
