Hi! I\'m Dillon, a highly motivated, curious, and dedicated self-starter who is committed to leveraging data to drive decision making and strategy. I view every task as an opportunity for personal and professional growth, constantly seeking to learn and improve, whether it\'s defining terms for a business unit or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.I am now a Data Governance Analyst at HireRight where I hope to grow my skills in bridging the gap between business users and the data they need to make decisions.In my previous role as a Recruiter/Engagement Leader, I was responsible for developing candidate pipelines, accurately reporting requisition data, and utilizing this information to make informed decisions on how to proceed. Along with my 6-year background in managing, communicating and analyzing data-intensive recruitment pipelines, I’ve added new tools to my technical tool-belt by building additional proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, and Python, while completing an intensive 6-month Bootcamp at Nashville Software School.My primary objective is to bring a positive attitude to every task and interaction, fostering lasting relationships with everyone I meet and cultivating an environment of inclusivity and belonging.
