After a brief stint in the NFL as a wide receiver with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Dillan transitioned into the wealth management industry, where he found success early in his career.By the age of 29, he became the youngest Executive Vice President in the history of the publicly traded wealth management firm, AXA Advisors, LLC. Dillan led the turnaround of a historically underperforming territory, taking it from one of the lowest-ranked regions in the company to number one in the nation within two years, and eventually growing its assets under management from a few hundred million to over $3 billion.Today, Dillan is the owner and CEO of three successful businesses. In April 2022, Dillan founded 345 Wealth Management, a firm that helps affluent individuals and families optimize their wealth through tax-efficient strategies, risk management, and comprehensive planning.He also leads two additional ventures: Asset Location Planning (ALP), which helps financial advisors integrate advanced tax strategies into their practices to take it to the next level, along with FRESH, a performance optimization company helping athletes, entertainers, executives, and business owners optimize their health, happiness, and performance.Dillan is also actively involved in community service. He is a member of the Thunderbirds, the non-profit organization that recently eclipsed $208 million in charitable giving through its signature fundraising event, the WM Phoenix Open. Dillan is also a former member of the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, where he served as a committee member and chair, hosting several of the organization’s signature events including the Celebrity Golf Invitational, along with its pre-tournament soirée, Bogies and Stogies. Dillan also founded the \"Rock the Rooftop\" fundraising event (formally “Weekend Jetaway”), which has raised over $1 million for charity since inception, and has earned his firm accolades such as the Governor’s Award for Volunteerism and recognition as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Companies by Best Companies AZ.Thanks to the very systems he’s created, Dillan maintains a balanced and fulfilling life. He owns and operates three successful companies, skis more than 50 days a year, mountain bikes over 100, and invests deeply in his personal and professional relationships. He recently married his wife, Chloe, and together they continue to build a life defined by growth, purpose, and adventure.
