I help organizations turn ambiguity into products.I’m a product leader with 20+ years across startups and scale-ups — usually brought in when things are messy: unclear strategy, scattered teams, misaligned priorities, or a product that almost works but doesn’t yet deliver its full value.My work lives at the intersection of systems thinking, human behavior, and execution.Not just deciding what to build — but creating the conditions that let teams build the right things consistently.Across my career, I’ve:• Led product at Nimble Collective (acquired by Amazon), shipping a fully virtualized animation studio — essentially Pixar in a browser• Built 0→1 products and operating models at companies like Peppermint, Rockbot, and Xandr• Introduced product practices, research, and alignment structures where none existed• Turned stakeholder chaos into shared context and decision velocityMy background started in QA and testing, which permanently wired me to think in systems, constraints, and failure modes.Today, that shows up as pragmatic product leadership: less theater, more clarity.I care about teams as much as outcomes.Good strategy fails in bad environments. Most product problems are actually communication problems.I’m especially interested in products that improve how people create, decide, collaborate, or learn — tools that change behavior, not just interfaces.Outside work, I mentor PMs, write about product thinking, and perform close-up magic (surprisingly similar to product: attention, expectations, and perception design).
