I work on large-scale enterprise programs spanning technology, operations, and transformation, supporting end-to-end program execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. My role focuses on program orchestration, PMO governance, and process design, ensuring complex workstreams move with structure, clarity, and control.I currently support programs involving 800+ practitioners, operating across 12 integrated process groups covering governance, operations, risk, change, talent initiatives, and performance management. I streamline workflows, establish execution frameworks, and build systems that enable consistency across scale.Across programs, I have coordinated hundreds of applications, teams, and stakeholders, built executive dashboards, structured operating rhythms, and stabilized high-risk workstreams through disciplined planning, tracking, and escalation. My work is centered on reducing execution friction and improving reliability.I bring a background in Computer Science and Engineering, a specialization in Data Science and Analytics, and strong experience in project management, PMO operations, and systems thinking. I am methodical, execution-oriented, and comfortable bringing structure where ambiguity exists.Outside consulting, I engage in applied analytics research and have presented work at international conferences, building machine learning solutions for real-world problems across health, language, and urban systems.
