Our franchisees are part of a national network of Business Brokers who help people buy and sell businesses or franchises. Our system would teach, train and provide you with the support you need to be successful in the following: Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Franchise Sales, Business Valuations and Machinery/Equipment appraisals.Our franchisees are first and foremost business brokers and our leads are generated by business listings. In regards to Franchising, we teach our brokers the qualifying process of identifying a franchise buyer, vs. a person that will be more likely to purchase an established business. Because our business listings generate leads and 80% of our qualified leads are franchise buyers, we have an inventory of franchised companies that our brokers can show their buyers. Within our Murphy Franchise Sales program, we have national contracts with Franchisors in our inventory which allows our brokers the opportunity to present great franchise opportunities to their buyers. Our associates are highly professional with various backgrounds and have the ability to earn up to 96% commissions on the sale of a business.
