ABOUT DIANA MCGUINNESS
Diana works at Stockland, where she is currently responsible for Group ESG and previously led the Corporate Communications team. Diana has considerable experience in corporate and ESG reporting, ESG strategy and implementation, and financial and digital corporate communications. Diana is a recognised expert on corporate reporting and ESG. Diana has helped Stockland achieve and maintain over a decade of global sustainability leadership. Diana has helped deliver strategic projects to unlock the value of sustainability initiatives and embed sustainability in Group Strategy. She has managed many key projects including the recent development of Stockland’s Climate Transition Action Plan, Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosure (TNFD) pilot and ESG Strategy. Prior to Stockland, Diana was the National Policy Adviser at the Property Council of Australia – the leading advocate for Australia’s property industry - advocating for members on national sustainability and regulatory issues.She holds tertiary qualifications in Political Science and Strategic Public Relations from the University of Queensland and University of Sydney.
