Monitor Project Progress in CRM- Regularly update and track project progress using the company\'s CRM system- Ensure all project data is accurate and up-to-date.Contractor Active Communication- Maintain regular and effective communication with contractors- Address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.Engineering Review- Collaborate with the engineering team to review project plans and specifications- Ensure engineering standards and requirements are met.Production Validation- Validate production processes and outputs to ensure they meet project requirements- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues.Gather Milestone Requirements- Collect and document all requirements for project milestones- Ensure milestones are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.Create Escalation Report- Prepare and submit escalation reports as needed- Identify and escalate any critical issues to senior management.Evaluate EPC Performance- Assess the performance of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.EPC Diligence- Conduct due diligence on EPC contractors to ensure they meet company standards- Verify contractor credentials and track record.EPC Onboarding- Facilitate the onboarding process for new EPC contractors- Ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are completed.
