Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMOs, project stakeholders, end-users, technical teams, and legacy products, to successfully deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Help clients understand and maximize the full capabilities of solutions and how to derive full value to optimize their workflows. Partner with the Products team to report client enhancement requests and assist in prioritizing product development roadmaps. Serve as the owner and primary user of product databases and drive system improvement through analysis, recommendations, and coordination with the IT department. Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements, feedback, and workflows using salesforce to provide input and recommendations for product design, while utilizing Jira for escalations and case tracking. Conduct training sessions for teams and stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer regarding technical program implementation and compliance. Manage client relations, including progress meetings, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders, and responses to client inquiries. Manage accounts for major clients, including NBC Universal, AMC, Apple, Disney & Warner Brothers, ensuring seamless program execution and adoption. Taking adoption metrics from 30% to 80% for product adoption.
