As a P&O Admin at Wood, I support the P&O team in delivering HR services and solutions to the business and the employees. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, and I have been working in the HR field for over two years. I started my career as a HR Trainee and then a HR Executive at Bonace Engineers Pvt Ltd, where I gained valuable experience in HR operations, recruiting, payroll, and employee relations. I have developed strong skills in HR systems, processes, policies, and compliance, as well as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I am passionate about learning new things, enhancing my HR knowledge and skills, and contributing to the success and growth of Wood and its people.
