My current position is a critical role that requires me to be skilled in client relationships, business development and mortgages-I manage all refinance and new purchase in Alabama, Arizona,California, Iowa, Indiana,Louisiana,Maine,North Dakota and Wyoming -Meeting (and exceeding!) individual sales goals month after month -Managing all levels of the sales lifecycle including prospecting, identification, qualification, and close-Coordinating activities with and provide support to our underwriting team and realtors -Developing strong customer relationships -Developing and execute sales strategy with difficult to work with clients -Assessing the potential of a client and developing a strategy for winning their business -Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of mortgages, refinance, industry trends, and competition -Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts -I have experience with (and passion for) complex new purchases -Great communication skills and strong attention to detail: Writing proposals, building presentations,using sales software over the internet and knocking pitches out of the park is what I am all about -High standards for delivering customer service
