Cenlar FSB – TEMPE, AZ 2020-CurrentMANGER, DEFAULT• Run all aspects of the Tempe Early-Stage/Late-Stage collections teams. • Responsible for inbound/outbound dialer, KPI’s, production statistics, call strategies to ensure all SLA’s are met.• Build lasting relationships with internal business partners to resolve customer complaints.• Drive high production and performance culture through proactive performance management.• Build effective teams across site by constantly communicating on a timely basis and conducting regular meetings.• Identify and assist in managing service risk within the business and recommend changes to policy and procedure.• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.• Aide in the development and improvement of policies and procedures, job aides, training programs, risk assessment checklists, and risk assessment content.• Develop action plans to address and resolve control deficiencies; monitor and measure identified gaps and partner with business groups to resolve complex issues.• Vendor Management for onshore/offshore partners, driving performance and ensuring compliance.
