Develop or update project plans for IT projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. • Define technical requirements and document plans for project lifecycle deployment including the scheduling of project deliverables, budgets, and timelines. • Plan and direct the work of other IT professionals and coordinate the work of several different cross-functional teams including Software developers, Business analysts, Quality assurance team, and Database team. • Coordinate with offshore teams to communicate project requirements and progress details and use project management tools to track the progress and deadlines of the tasks related to the project. • Oversees the development of Email Campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce and assists in all project management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and identifies risks and issues. • Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget through Internal tracking system. Manage scope changes and ensure the project is delivered on time. • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope and monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
