Oversee daily operations of the Philadelphia Union Academy across all age groups (U9–U18, Union 3), supporting one of MLS’s top youth development programs-Coordinate and execute domestic and international travel logistics for players and staff, ensuring seamless and efficient planning-Lead matchday operations, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site execution for home and away fixtures-Manage player and staff registration and onboarding in compliance with league and club requirements-Serve as liaison between the Academy and internal departments, YSC Academy, and external partners on club-wide initiatives-Communicate key information to players, families, and staff to support operations and performance continuity-Assist with operations for Union II, including travel and home game logistics, as needed-Track and maintain the Academy travel budget, while also monitoring facility usage to ensure optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across all Academy programs-Build strong working relationships with league representatives and external stakeholders-Uphold confidentiality and represent the Philadelphia Union with professionalism across all platforms and events
