ABOUT DESMOND GARDEN
Dynamic, curious, and community-oriented program manager committed to catalyzing, informing, and facilitating the journey of change. I create inclusive experiences that value diverse perspectives.I partner with organizations to understand problem statements and design long-term strategies to enable leaders to transform industries. I use my ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and draw conclusions to develop and communicate actionable and strategic insights for internal and external stakeholders alike. I am currently a key designer and senior program manager in Walmart Technology’s only foresight program. I utilize the Futures Thinking methodology to consult with key executives across the company to illuminate potential disruptions, shape 10-year strategies, and detail potential proofs-of-concept through workshops.
