1. Readiness and Deployment Lead

   ABC Supply Co. Inc.

   Sep 2024 — Present

   Responsible for ensuring that ABC Supply (IT, back office, and field) is prepared for the delivery and implementation of a multi-phased rollout approach to a new ERP (Agility) ecosystem to ABC Supply branches ~ 700 locations (5 deployments within one year)• Defined and executed on a 12- week readiness plan to ensure that all branches were ready for business day one on the new ERP system.• Oversaw the execution of each deployment weekend, coordinating with various teams across the program (data migration, configuration and/or code deployments for various systems) to ensure a seamless roll out. • Communicate progress on both readiness and deployment activities to the Agility Program Manager and broadly to the Agility Program Team; communicate progress at various Agility reporting events, including to the ABC Executive Team• Conduct lessons learned/feedback sessions for each deployment and ensure those changes are accepted and integrated into the corresponding plan.• Facilitate weekly touchpoints with branch and regional leadership to keep the lines of communication open. Depending on the number of branches in each rollout this means multiple sessions a week. • Maintain a consistent, focused approach throughout all phases, adapting to overlapping rollout activities.
