Budget Management: Management of end-to-end financial controlling for the Commercial organization with a bugzet size of $40M, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual actuals vs. forecast analysis and variance reporting- Forecasting & Financial Planning: Led annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts, improving phasing visibility and spend predictability across teams- Headcount and Opex management: headcount management of 220 people, hiring feasibility analysis through expense modeling and provided strategic financial recommendations to business partners- Business Partnering & Leadership Reporting: Partnered with Commercial leaders and 3 VPs, delivering actionable budget vs. actual insights to support strategic decision-making- Cost Optimization & Budget Governance: Optimized budget allocation across cost centers, governed PO approvals, and identified cost efficiencies including elimination of redundant software licenses- Process Improvement & Automation: Automated reporting processes (Power Query), reducing manual reconciliations and increasing capacity for value-added financial analysis. I took the lead in the implementation of some of these improvements with finance team- Financial Systems & Reporting Standardization: Standardized LBCD budget files (FY26 & FY27) and simplified COA structure to enhance reporting accuracy and centralize Commercial HQ oversight- Financial reorganization: completed successfully the finance reorganization of 2 of the main commercial team with $25M budget\'s reorg and 150 people associated to these teams- Financial controlling: monitoring of accounting entries and constant communication with Accounting Departments, identifying accounting reclassifications, prepayments, among others to streamline the budget vs actuals management processes.
