Accomplished professional, a Chartered Accountant, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a seasoned Finance Leader with progressive and multi industry experience of more than 20 years in Finance, Accounts and Commercial functions. Due to my drive for learning new things and inherent curios nature, had an opportunity to work with varied and diversified industries like Telecom, Banking, ITES, Shared Services, Logistics & Supply Chain. I have worked with leading Indian listed companies and also global MNCs. Also have experience of managing large, diversified multi-cultural teams across globe in countries like US, Europe and APAC. This has given me the exposure of global culture, unique processes and belief systems.Have demonstrated ability to manage various business impacting projects like Business Strategy for bottom line improvements, Operational support, driving compliance in large matrix organization, strengthening governance on the process (through SOPs, DTPs, Authority Matrix) impacting bottom line and effective stakeholder management. Had an opportunity to lead and implement large Finance projects and Digital initiatives like SAP, Oracle Cloud, Ariba, Concur and Corporate Card program. Some of these projects had an impact on around employees. Recently have implemented Oracle Cloud Financials with seamless execution with no delays in spite of Pandemic impact and work from home environment. Also have experience in setting up Shared Services and Managing shared services processes for International Finance Processes like Procurement to Pay, Record to Report etc. Also have experience of managing functions like Procurement, Payroll, Banking Treasury, Contract Management, FP & A, Pricing, Taxation, Operational Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit as part of larger Finance Domain. Have successfully managed to strengthen the controls around Balance Sheet accounts rendering much stronger balance sheet for the organization leaving no surprises for P&L. Hands on experience in IndAS, USGAAP, IFRS and Merger Accounting. Driving business integrations for acquired entities through playbook driven approach rendering cost savings and improve process efficiencies.Have the honor of having several awards across all organizations at regular intervals for the contribution to Finance and Business processes.
