Through my 30+ year career in high-tech sales as a pioneer, provider, and creator, I truly valued coaching and advising so many great people, while helping them build better paths forward. Now, as a grandfather I love spending time with my grandson - helping him learn how to skip rocks, play toss, fill potholes in the driveway with the tractor, etc. Most importantly, just like in every coaching opportunity, I have learned so much from him: what\'s important in life, how to slow down and enjoy every day, etc.With over a dozen years of global experience as a sales, partner and go-to-market executive at Cisco, I was entrusted with taking on the most challenging and strategic initiatives to grow our business and deliver value to our customers. I architected and mobilized global sales and partner ecosystems to accelerate scalable revenue growth and customer success. I was recognized for uniting global teams and executive stakeholders to align sales execution, messaging, and partner engagement. I launched dozens of new teams and go-to-market strategies to accelerate new product sales (e.g, security, cloud, collaboration, SaaS, IOT, CX services, sustainable real estate) to verticals and new buying centers. I have driven critical transformations that evolved product portfolios, unlocked new revenue streams, compressed time-to-market, and built new partnerships that delivered repeatable sales acceleration models and lasting business solutions.My passion is to focus on my family, while I also continue to help great people build winning cultures and extended teams that deliver value with speed, trust, a growth mindset, and a sense of urgency. I was recognized with the \'Multiplier of the Year Award\' for my coaching and sponsorship of a variety of people, while helping to accelerate their advancement. As a “provider”, I am most proud to see so many mentees that have continued to grow in their careers and solve big problems, and I look forward to doing this for years to come.
