CommunicationsManage, coordinate and oversee in-house and contracted services, such as security, catering and admissions, provided to clients during assigned events.Coordinate special needs of promoters, road company staff, and artists on site to ensure event ingress, intermission, seating of late audience arrivals, and egress occur at proper times; instructs and briefs entire staff regarding pertinent event-related informationManage, coordinate and oversee the work of admissions staff, operations staff, volunteers, and security services (in-house, contracted, and coordination with outside agencies as needed) of up to 75 people during assigned events.Resolve event problems, field complaints, deal with unruly patrons or such individuals not associated with the event and extend appropriate care to patrons with disabilities.Offer aid, initiate chain of command by contacting appropriate personnel and agencies in the event of building or event problems, medical emergencies, accidents or disasters.Prepare written evaluations of each event, maintain accurate and complete records; produce various reports including incident, repairs and disciplinary.Prepare preliminary event financial settlements within established guidelines and timeframes; records and computes hours worked for admissions, security and medical staff for payroll purposes, and client invoicing.
