Metaphorically speaking, I’m what you call a Director of Customer Happiness. Or maybe a Chief Officer of Delight. Simply stated, I love coaching teams to build exceptional products and services based on deep customer empathy. Through the use of Design Thinking, I help companies know their customers inside out. And armed with this intimate knowledge, I help teams create innovative products that solve real problems. Great design never comes easy, though. Iteration helps you get it right. it always gives me a thrill when a product has the power to transform lives.
