Contributed to the monthly/quarterly group close and consolidation in SAP, preparing elimination entries for intercompany loans, bonds (incl. repurchased), TRS, derivatives, and participations- Applied IFRS 9/16/17 in reporting: redesigned from scratch a depreciation/amortization analysis for the insurance group, eliminating estimated depreciations against accumulated profit each month and splitting insurance vs. investment activity; processed intra-group lease adjustments- Executed FX translation & hedge eliminations for participations (RON for Romanian subs, GBP for Alpha Bank London), aligning the parent’s revaluations with subsidiary equity movements and derivative hedge results- Monitored equity movements (SOCIE/OCI) and performed retained-earnings checks (monthly & YTD); tracked G&A budget projections and proposed eliminations/adjustments where variances arise- Prepared consolidated SSM monthly figures and contributed to quarterly BoD/Audit Committee packs with commentary on drivers of movement- Supported sale valuations for multiple entities using both equity and asset–liability methods, providing technical accounting input to due diligence.
