ABOUT DELPHINE MULLER

I am the first one to see wonders in new technologies features. During my previous projects, I worked with research teams who developed prosthesis and human-machine interfaces for humans. I quickly became disillusioned. Instead, I often witnessed the possibilities that offer the plasticity capacity of the human body. Technology innovations can be magical to see when mastered by humans. However, this magic comes far too often from the user, who master new ways to interact with their environment. They adapt themselves to the technology rather than the other way around. In my work, I am contributing to improve the design of our daily interactions and technologies in order to change how people experience and behave in their physical and virtual worlds. I am currently a UX/UI designer consultant at eXperience Studio - Capgemini Grenoble. My professional project is to design sustainable and seamless experiences in complex life situations. My way is to adapt technological innovations to human psychology with user centered design methods and interdisciplinary collaboration. 🤝 Convinced of the benefits of co-design, I thrive easily within a dynamic and diverse team. Curious and creative, I am constantly eager to learn new knowledge and ways of doing things and try to use them in my own way. Good listener, reflexive and resilient, I know how to bounce back and I am constantly opening to improve myself. ‍ I care about essential subjects such as human psychology, communication, accessibility and tangibility of digital technologies. I especially enjoy to work on projects such as patient and caregiver experience and health education.
