I have risen through the ranks with remarkable domestic and international experience that brings out the best of “business and technology”. Have proven credentials in driving large scale programs, solving complex industry problems, and leading multi geography teams.Challenging the unsaid convention of not permitting female candidates in Mining, I secured admission as the 1st Female in Mining Engineering at BIT Sindri by filing affidavit in the District Court and taking full responsibility from admission to certification. I hold the record of being the first female gold medalist in Mining Engineer at BIT. In 2009 my professional journey started at Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) and I was the first female employee to qualify industry’s highest certification examination. After three years in 2012, to diversify my industry acumen, I joined Accenture and excelled in my roles as Industry SME and Automation Lead. Here I worked with market leaders in consulting and mining for marquee domestic and international clients across commodities.In 2017 my new role as “mother”, propelled me to take an important decision at the peak of my career giving me an optimum break to rejuvenate and direct all my efforts to upskill and do MBA. Every day at ISB, I took pride in myself for learning and growing not only professionally but also personally as doting mother of 1-year super-active baby. Post MBA, I joined Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) as Leadership Trainee.Currently I am National Manager for Modern Trade – East Cluster covering regions of Bihar, Jharkhand, Siliguri, Odisha, and North East.
