I believe the most powerful thing any organization can do is make its people feel seen, valued, and challenged. Every business outcome — growth, innovation, retention — follows from getting that right. Over 20 years, I\'ve led HR across six organizations, multiple industries, and three continents — from a Japanese manufacturing JV in India to Group Head of People Practice for Americas, Europe, and the UK at Happiest Minds Technologies. The industries have changed. The belief hasn\'t.My work sits at the intersection of strategy and empathy. I\'ve built HR functions from ground\'s up, navigated M&A integrations, enabled AI-driven HR automation, be a champion of diversity & inclusion partnered with C-suites to turn HR into a measurable growth lever, and scaled people practices at startups.A part of me will always be a coach. I work with senior leaders navigating the moments that don\'t come with a manual — new roles, new expectations, new versions of themselves. What grounds me across all of it — executive, coach, mother, learner — is the belief that self-awareness is not a soft skill. It is the skill.
