I am a BE-leaning full stack dev and AI engineer on the team building the core of Anvi, the LLM chat interface at the heart of Planview\'s AI strategy. Anvi integrates with Planview\'s entire product line using MCP servers that are built across the company. BE: For Anvi\'s back end engineering and operations we develop with Java/Spring (AWS EKS) and Postgres (AWS RDS), and for DevOps: APM observability and alerting with Datadog, oncall with Incident.io, and ArgoCD GitOps deployment. I introduced k6 to my team for load testing, which found several scalability problems before they affected customers. AI Engineering: We use Anthropic Claude models which we call through the Bedrock Converse API. My shipped work includes prompt engineering, evals work, model upgrades, quota management and an LLM-callable tool. I\'ve also done design studies on prompt caching and usage throttling. I dramatically cut our time to sort out LLM quota increases by gathering best practices from other teams and creating an internal tool that reported on quotas across models and regions using the AWS API. Front end engineering in TypeScript and React contributing to UI for e.g. the library of Anvi reporting prompts.
