Participate in user research to understand pain points and needs of Project Portfolio Management users, including interviews, surveys, and observation of user behavior.* Develop and maintain a deep understanding in Project Portfolio Management domain, including understanding of industry-specific concepts and terminology such as project portfolios, resource management, and project governance.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create and refine product features and designs * Create and maintain detailed personas and user journeys for different types of Product Portfolio Management users, including project managers, portfolio managers, and executives.* Develope prototypes, wireframes and mockups for new Project Portfolio Management features, using design thinking methodologies to quickly iterate and test designs with users.* Ensure that all designs met accessibility and usability standards, and adhered to the company\'s brand guidelines and design system.* Work closely with front-end developers to ensure that designs were accurately implemented and that user experience was seamless.* Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and compelling manner.* Work closely with the broader design team to ensure consistency across all product areas, and contribute to broader design initiatives such as design systems and design education.* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the broader design community within the company.* Work closely with product management team to translate customer needs into product requirements, ensuring that user needs were central to product development process.* Create design specifications and documentation for features, ensuring consistency with broader product design principles and style guide.
