I am passionate about ESG sustainability and encouraging individuals and businesses to make a difference. I believe that a small change, made by many, can result in much more significant impact than one person or organisation making a single big change and I\'m an advocate for working collaboratively to encourage a cohesive approach to change. Building relationships, supporting change and providing frameworks for improvement are key drivers for me and, as a regular speaker at industry and sustainability events, I believe it is vital to instil the willingness of all to make changes for the better.
