As Executive Staff and Chair of the Technology Services Board (TSB)-Portfolio/Policy Subcommittee, there\'s a key involvement in guiding the state\'s IT strategy and portfolio management practices. Acting on behalf of the CIO, either when assigned or in their absence, assumes principal IT officer duties, making executive decisions and participating in executive-level committees, thereby significantly contributing to the cost-effectiveness, service quality, and operational effectiveness of IT initiatives within the state.
