Dean joined the Twitter Dublin to fulfill an Oracle Financials R12 hybrid consultant role within the Oracle eBS implementation team. Dean was immediately tasked to advise on Cash Management functionality, building a new set of OTC Period Close reports, new BI publisher reports, optimisation of the host to host OTC D&B interface, Cloudio angular custom collection form enhancements and GL configuration of several new R2R FSG reports. Soon after Dean was made lead consultant for the design, build and implementation of several enhancements including an automated configurable global R2R Transfer price (Costplus) solution, an automated global O2C Credit/Rebill invoicing solution and an automated configurable global AR Adjustment solution.Mar 20 to Mar 21 - Dean has been a major contributor to the Oracle eBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 upgrade on Oracle 19c having had extensive experience with 12.2 upgrades before. Dean worked with retrofitting numerous customization changes in Oracle, unix java programs, 3rd party interfaces and was an active member of the weekly “leads” meetings advising on upgrade strategies and risk areas. He also made a major contribution to the UAT support and PRD hyper care period. Apr 21 to present – Dean is a lead consultant in a small IT team implementing the onboarding of Brazil and Mexico including their localization into Oracle 12.2.9. Dean is the overall lead consultant for the S2P vertical but also contributes functionally and technically to OTC and R2R. Responsibilities include Supplier on-boarding, PR/PO processing, Brazilian Integrator Receiving, xsl payments templates, Mexican S2P tax reporting, OTC and R2R tax and invoicing 3rd party integrations to Brazil tax authorities, OTC customer/agency invoicing, AR Boleto functionality, Data Conversion across R2R/OTC/S2P and GL BRGAAP/USGAAP ledger definitions etc
