At OpenText (OT), I play a pivotal role in the Digital Renewal Centre (DRC), a transformative initiative for the company. My team and I are directly responsible for the seamless transition of volume software renewals—spanning Cybersecurity, Enterprise Content Management, and Business Network lines of business—from an account-based approach to the specialized DRC model. My focus is on optimizing processes, enhancing systems, and developing robust enablement and training programs.
