ABOUT DAVIS HACKENBERG

Davis has 18+ years of experience in space and aeronautical systems. His early career focused on biomedical systems design for space missions out of NASA Johnson Space Center. Davis then moved into design and dynamic structural analysis supporting the Boeing enterprise by working on high priority projects such as 787 and their Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) concept. He continued working the space side at Armstrong Flight Research Center on the Orion Launch Abort System Abort Flight Test. In 2010 Davis’s career path shifted into drones and other emerging aviation technologies, and he left NASA as the lead for NASA\'s Advanced Air Mobility efforts as the AAM Mission Manager. Davis is now exploring his passion for the pragmatic implementation of automation into aviation as the VP of Government Partnerships for Reliable Robotics.
