ABOUT DAVID WOSHINSKY

Throughout his career, David Woshinsky has had a commitment and passion for the role of architecture and planning in the equitable enhancement of communities and the built environment.See career highlights below:• Registered Architect and urban designer with over twenty years of experience working within the public, private and non-profit sectors, in U.S.A. and International markets.• Experience in all phases of architectural professional practice, including conceptual and schematic design, design development, preparation of bid drawings and specifications, construction documents and on-site construction administration. • Involved in the execution of large-scale complex planning and architectural projects, including residential, commercial, life science, mixed-use developments and master plan proposals.• Extensive background in project coordination, integrating with clients, project consultants, contractors and municipalities, while managing the office work flow to ensure timely and successful execution of projects.• Performed urban planning and design review functions for government organizations. • LEED Accredited Professional, with knowledge of sustainable building design, resiliency and adaptability concepts, and incorporation of sustainable features in projects to achieve LEED, WELL, Passive House, and net-zero targets.• Current co-chair of the Boston Society of Architects’s Placemaking Network; previous board member of Allston Brighton CDC, and member of NCARB’s 20••••22 Re-Think Tank committee.
