As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at AWS I bring 20 years of experience in the IT industry to my role. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Salesforce among others.Prior to rejoining AWS, I worked for ITPS as Head of Solutions Architecture leading a fantastically talented pre-sales team helping customers achieve their goals. Another role worth noting was as a Principal Technical Architect for Salesforce\'s Global AWS Specialist Team.In my first stint at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect, where I focused on Hybrid Edge solutions. Before that, I was a Senior Customer Solutions Manager also with AWS.
