I have extensive experience with site selection, land development and building construction with responsibilities ranging from due diligence, entitlements, financial performance and site development to the design and construction of all building development and tenant construction. Core5 Industrial Partners is a full-service real estate property company with expertise in development of inventory and build-to-suit space, acquisitions, and leasing and management of Class A industrial properties. Owned by one of the largest construction firms in the world, Tokyo-based, 175-year-old Kajima Corporation’s US division, Kajima USA Inc.
