I have owned and operated a Commercial/Residental Brokerage Firm serving Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota since 1976 as well as owning Davenport Management, Inc. and Davenport Appraisal. I am also a current member of the CCIM chapter of Iowa, the SIOR Mid-Continent Chpater and the CPM chapter of Iowa. In February of 2011 I sold my brokerage company. This allowed me to focus on my commercial sales leasing and consultation in the commercial/industrial portion of the business. I\'m back to doing what I love and have been doing for the last 37 years, but now no distractions other than my clients.
