ABOUT DAVID LANG

David is a personable project practitioner, accredited with appropriate professional qualifications in project and programme management, L&D along with an MSc in Leadership and Management. An adaptable and resourceful team player, he brings a breadth of experience and skills across project and change management, L&D, and HR. He has coordinated onshore and offshore x-functional teams delivering projects and been functional head for just over 100 junior and middle managers specialising in various HR disciplines. Following a successful career in the Army, finishing in the rank of Major, David moved to the commercial sector; specifically project management. An initial role with Barclays Wealth in 2014, provided valuable insight into the governance, budgeting and delivery of a range of projects involving both technical and business process change. David has broadened his commercial experience in a wide range of project roles within financial services, undertaking both permanent and contract roles within programmes of change. David is currently a programme manager at St James\'s Place Wealth Management, utilising his experience to good effect across regulatory, technology and business process change initiatives. A sports enthusiast with an amiable disposition, his openness and integrity engenders trust at all levels.
