Leads, develops, and trains team members; Establishes and measures department\'s goals and objectives, developing policies and processes that enhance growth, cost containment and organizational efficiencies while recognizing, balancing, and mitigating credit risk. Travels to offices to ensure implementation of policies and provide financial guidance and direction; Supports team in consultations with retailers, investors and prospects to provide subject matter expertise on opportunities for growth, financial viability, resolution of financial challenges, loan structuring and refinancing, and operations; effectiveness; Advises and assists on strategic and complex customers financial issues and provide support to the Growth teams in consultations with retailers. Develops and evolves credit underwriting requirements for supplier financing programs to promote growth. Leads, creates and monitors the financial due diligence requirements of the loan portfolio and customer assistance programs. Leads the Finance Credit Approval team and advise Sr Mgmt. and Capex Committee. Partners with Finance leadership to establish credit polices that lead to sustainability and growth. Establishes risk managements parameters and polices for third-party credit exposures. Leads and facilities regular communication and collaboration with Growth teams and other business unit leadership to establish credit terms, enhance and develop new opportunities for personnel to address members challenges, and plays a key leadership role in enhancing the awareness credit/collections activities brings to other business units. Represents finance leadership in national business credit organizations; identifies and manages financial service and credit service providers for customers and organizational relationships.
