My work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and transformation, helping organizations build the operating models and accountability that turn data into a real advantage: & My journey began at Bank of America and Verizon, where I learned how data actually moves inside large enterprises — the processes, constraints, and gaps that shape decision-making. That foundation gave me a clear view of how systems, people, and accountability really work together: I expanded that experience at Rowan University during a major institutional merger involving two medical schools. I built an Operational Data Store (ODS) on Banner ERP to unify data across three institutions, created Rowan’s first Business Analytics team, centralized reporting, introduced Agile, and delivered dashboards that reshaped executive decision-making.I also implemented issue-management workflows, review processes for ITAP data inquiries, and governance practices that improved compliance reporting and strengthened data sent to ranking bodies like U.S. News & World Report — contributing directly to Rowan’s rise in national rankings: At Wawa, I lead enterprise data governance, master data strategy, SAP ECC → S/4HANA readiness, and metadata management. I built the company’s Business Glossary, implemented Collibra, and developed enterprise standards guiding how Data Engineers build data products in Snowflake — improving lineage, consistency, and trust.I also established and lead the Data Steward Council, aligning business, engineering, and process owners through a unified governance model that accelerates decision-making and reduces ambiguity. My approach is direct and grounded: simplify complexity, expose root issues, and build systems that work in real life — not just on slides.Across every chapter of my career, the goal has stayed the same:turn data from a recurring problem into a competitive advantage.

   Architect and lead Wawa’s first enterprise data governance program — a foundational capability driving the company’s Snowflake data platform governance, digital transformation, and SAP S/4HANA readiness, built from the ground up with limited resources and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with business executives and IT leadership to shape the data strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap across core data domains. Built enterprise governance from the ground up, defining policy, operating model, and engagement frameworks across Product, Customer, Vendor, Location, and Finance. Implemented Collibra as the enterprise Data Intelligence platform, integrating with Snowflake and SAP ECC to enhance metadata visibility and trust. Designed and launched the Data Stewardship framework, establishing ownership models and Critical Data Element (CDE) accountability. Improved quality and protection of sensitive data and information assets by leading and overseeing all enterprise-wide data governance activities. Created the Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy leveraging Stibo Systems for product and vendor domains, improving onboarding and supply chain accuracy Maximized data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements by creating and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Advanced GS1 compliance and data quality by introducing measurable KPIs and enterprise-wide data standards.
