ABOUT DAVID REYNOLDS

In my role as a consultant at The Concord Group, I lead a team in developing comprehensive market feasibility studies and providing insights to a diverse array of clientele. The Concord Group has established expertise in residential and mixed-use analyses. My personal experience encompasses a diverse array of projects, including apartments, single-family and townhome rentals (SFR/THR), condominiums (ranging from low to high-rise), single-family and townhome sales, master-planned communities (MPCs), senior living facilities (independent living, assisted living, memory care), industrial developments and acquisitions, office developments and acquisitions, retail developments and acquisitions, hospitality projects, and land analyses. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in affordable housing initiatives, with a notable focus on projects in Cape Cod in collaboration with the Housing Assistance Corporation. I have conducted projects in several states along the Eastern Seaboard, with a notable presence in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, the DC Metro area, the New York City Metro region (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey), as well as Massachusetts.
