I am currently serving as director of operations and qualifying agent for First Finish. I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations and for offering my professional assistance to the project management and field teams. Having served as a Power Production Specialist with the U.S. Air Force and being a previous owner and operator in the construction industry, I understand the importance of the simplest details and assist in applying them globally to the project. I have the ability to act as an effective liaison between individuals in the industry and those not in the industry to maintain a constant and productive flow of communication. Previously a superintendent for First Finish, I have been involved with extensive renovations for the Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor, Embassy Suites at the Chevy Chase Pavilion, and Sheraton Baltimore City Center. I was heavily involved in the award-winning Little Nell, Capital Hilton, and Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill projects. I help show project teams how to adapt to last minute schedule changes and how to efficiently develop alternative solutions to any unforeseen situation. My ability to set project teams up for success ensures client expectations are consistently exceeded.
