Key Responsibilities:Manage 4 No. Key Accounts and all their projects which comprise of Nando’s, Pizza Express, Travelodge & Hall & Woodhouse.Production of all designs in both CAD and hand drawn to suit project timescales.Project Management of both individual projects and national roll outs.Key Achievements:Nando’s Synergy Roll Out, which at the time of writing I have now project managed the successful front grill change at 208 restaurants.Nando’s Clamshell Roll for 2 years across circa 100 sites when finished.Designed & Project managed 10 No. Hotel Kitchens & Bars for Travelodge.Designed & Project management of Pizza Express Container units which are located within larger Tesco stores carparks. With 3 being completed to date with the 4th to be on site shortly.Designed & Project managed 12 No. Pizza Express restaurant kitchen & Pizzaiola areas.
