ABOUT DAVID OSBORN

I\'m a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional, statistician and consultant committed to process improvement through analytics and the good-old-fashioned scientific method. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in deploying Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma methodologies, I\'ve had the privilege of leading transformative initiatives for a wide variety of industries from automotive supplier product design and manufacturing, to Li-Ion battery manufacturing, to heavy fabrication and property management.As a certified Master Black Belt, Kepner-Tregoe Practitioner and Shainin Red X Apprentice, I specialize in structured, strategic root cause investigation, statistical methods and analysis (using and teaching). I believe the methods to achieve results are as important as the results themselves. I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, fostering the culture of continuous improvement, and mentoring Green, Black and Master Black Belt professionals to reach their full potential.I\'m also particularly interested in industry best practices and emerging technologies.
