Whether it was building relationships and learning how I could help customers, or convincing a criminal to surrender to the police instead of fighting or running, or managing a difficult employee; it all comes down to communicating with people. If we can\'t listen to what people are actually saying, overcome barriers, and solve the problem; success becomes very difficult to obtain.I enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
